Congo (the Democratic Republic of Congo) is a country with great resources and potential. Sadly, ever since independence in 1960 it's been racked by war and corruption. But the cry today is one of hope for the future, and hence the theme of Operation Agri's 2006 appeal - Congo Calling.
OA has been involved in the Congo for over forty years but just three development projects are currently supported.
Whilst the resources are suitable for your harvest weekend, they are equally useable at other times.

The pack includes:
- a poster, colourful leaflets and gift envelopes - a Resource Book packed with information, activities, ideas for children, worship material, recipes, puzzles. - your choice of either OHP transparencies and/or a CD Rom with several PowerPoint presentations, and printable documents, photos and artwork
The video has 2 programmes: the main one lasts 10min, plus a 5min children's presentation - available on cassette or DVD.
